Can a Toaster oven be put in a small wood+pvc cabinet? - wood oven

I have a toaster in a wooden case + PVC.
Toaster Size: Length 52cm x Depth 39cm x Height 32.5 cm
Cabinet size: 57cm long x 37.5 cm deep x 41cm high

Who will leave a little bit, because obviously not deep enough, but the fact that the ventilation? safe enough to do?
