Vacation By Owner Do You Tip The Owner Of A Vacation Rental Home At The End Of Your Stay?

Do you tip the owner of a vacation rental home at the end of your stay? - vacation by owner

We are the first inhabitants of the holiday at home. We are ignorant of the etiquette of this Agreement. Have a tip for the owner to post one, or is totally useless? If the top of the purge that will come after you leave?

I do not tip the owner. In general, you take a piece of Nice money for my rent per week.

I tip the cleaning staff. I leave $ 5 - $ 10 in an envelope (which I have with me) wearing and write "talk" about it.

Of course, most places that rent the place are really left clean, and do, but still earn money raised bad, is hard work, and I think that they know to appreciate.

Writing for the owners, in your book to most of the (offer), how much I enjoyed my stay and my appreciation for the way it was delivered, the place was.

If and only if the city is the principal residence of the owner, rather than wait for a lease situation, but sometimes goes on for several months and write a little word of thanks that I was among the tenants of the summer and as I was at home . Twice a year, rose slightly after the lease rate in the same house, mysteriously fell to the level of the previous year, when the contract was sent - presumably at the request of the owner. Nice works!

Tipping is not necessary, since they pay the holder to stay in place anyway. And I agree with the answer, except for personal cleaning tip a good, but unless they see face to face, I could not right for them ... often the owner himself, cleaning the house, having at least you know for sure that is cleaner, I leave a tip for it ...

Only if you need a place to stay there and still have not found, try the apartments owners http://www.ownerdirect.com/

They are fast and efficient, and have the best customer service I've found. You will be able to help with any questions you about the rent.

Have fun on your trip!
